Mapped EST Information

Of the ~14,000 unigene genes in the fiber transcriptome during primary cell wall biogenesis in 10 dpa fibers, a subset of 735 fiber genes from our Ga Fiber dbEST Non-redundant database has been genetically mapped as RFLPs (Rong et al., Genetics, In Press).
